The Connection Counseling Centers are licensed outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment centers, located in Middletown, Old Saybrook, Groton, Meriden, New Haven, New London and Norwich.
Our mission is to provide substance abuse and mental health services, which address the physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological and social needs of people from the five locations. To this end, we assist in the rebuilding of the human spirit to sustain wellness and contribute toward a future free from abuse and neglect.
The Connection Counseling Centers serve individuals who are 18 years or older and have substance abuse and mental health challenges. We also serve family members or significant others who are involved with substance abuser. Based on client need and preference, we offer individual and group counseling, as well as case management services.

Enhanced Parenting Skills
Referrals can be self-directed by people who are seeking help. Referrals are also be made by components of the criminal justice system serving substance abusers, such as Bail Commission, Family Services, Parole, Office of Probation, and the Department of Correction. We also serve clients involved with the social service system, such as the Departments of Social Security, Children and Families, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Behavioral Health Unites, and Supportive and Transitional Housing Centers.
